(MAKES 4 SERVINGS) 

                                                                                                                SEASON 3 CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SECRET HOBO

SPICES. PAN FRY IN A THIN COAT OF LIGHT

OLIVE OIL AT A MED. HIGH HEAT, OR GRILL.

BOIL 12 OZ. OF FETTUCCINE TIL AL DENTE.

ALFREDO SAUCE:

1/2 CUP OF MARGERINE OR BUTTER

1 CUP OF CREAM

1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

1/2 TSP OF SALT

1 DASH OF PEPPER

ROMANO CHEESE TO TASTE ( IF DESIRED)

* HEAT CREAM AND BUTTER ON LOW HEAT UNTIL MELTED.

  STIR IN CHEESE, SALT, AND PEPPER

  COMBINE SAUCE AND FETTUCCINE, CUT CHICKEN INTO STRIPS,

  AND SERVE OVER FETTUCCINE-- ENJOY!
